Thread one of the 5 included string loops into the launcher's top floss gap and flip the power switch on. As the string feeds through, internal UV LEDs continuously charge the night-glow fibers. High-speed motors launch the string at rapid velocity, balancing air resistance to suspend a glowing loop in mid-air for approx. several minutes at a time while you guide it around with your hands.
